8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law:
Lead/enquiry form data: retained for 24 months from your last interaction, or until you request deletion.
Marketing consent records: retained for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance records.
Analytics data (GA4): retained per the data retention settings configured in our Google Analytics account (commonly 14 months, subject to change).
Once the retention period lapses or your consent is withdrawn (and no legal basis remains for retention), we will delete or anonymize your personal data.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including access controls, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and restricted internal access to lead/contact data.
